Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, Seraph Jewelry ships to:

  • Belgium

  • the Netherlands

  • France

  • Germany

  • Luxembourg

What are the shipping costs?

For Belgium, we offer free standard shipping if your order value is €25 or more. Below €25, the shipping costs are €2.
If you need your package urgently, you can chose for prior shipping, which is €4.
For other countries (see above), the shipping costs are €3,99.

How long does it take for my package to be sent out and delivered?

It is difficult to place an exact date on delivery. All packages are sent out with the national post (Bpost) to keep the prices as affordable as possible for our customers. This implies that the delivery time depends on how busy the postal service is at that moment. In our experience, most packages for Belgium are delivered in 3 to 7 working days after they are sent out (standard shipping).

If you chose prior shipping in Belgium, you receive your order the next working day after it is sent out. Ofcourse, we always do our best to sent out your package as soon as possible. The delivery fee for prior shipping in Belgium is €4.

I need my package asap. Are there any other shipping options than the standard one?

If you need your order urgently, you can choose prior shipping (only available in Belgium). With this shipping option, you receive your order the next working day after it is sent out. Needless to say, we always do our utter best to prepare your order as fast as possible. The delivery fee for this prior shipping option is €4.

What if I don't receive my package?

Lost packages are very rare, but Seraph Jewelry is not responsible if one does get lost. If you haven't received your order, you can always contact us through mail or Instagram and we'll do everything in our power to contact the postal service and to help sort out the matter.

What if my jewelry arrives broken?

If your jewelry arrives broken, this is ofcourse our responsibility and you can contact us through mail or private messages on Instagram with a picture of your broken package. After that, we'll resend the broken pieces right away.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return items.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

All our pieces that are made of stainless steel (look in the description of each item for the material) are considered waterproof, but to keep the quality and colour of your pieces in the best shape possible, we recommend avoiding water and chemicals as much as possible.

Do you offer custom pieces?

If you have something specific in mind or you want to make some adjustments to pieces that are already on the website, contact us through mail or send us a message on Instagram and we'll see if we can work something out.

Can you change the length of bracelets and necklaces?

Yes, if you want an other length than the standard one on the website, contact us through mail or send us a DM on Instagram and we'll adjust the item for you for free.
